USAF request the purchase of one (1) Portable Restroom Trailer with the following requirements/specifications: a. Acceptable Range of Exterior Dimensions: Maximum acceptable dimensions: 23’ Length x 10’ Width. Minimum acceptable dimensions: 17’ Length x 8’ Width. (1) Acceptable width of each stall: Minimum of 36”. (2) Waste tank with waste pipe designed for connection to sewage tap that is elevated one foot above the ground at minimum. b. Interior shall include the following: (1) Minimum four (4) each individual rooms with flushable toilets or two separate rooms with two unisex stalls and flushable toilets with one urinal added to one of the rooms, Plus one (l) separate ADA compliant, wheel chair accessible, flushable toilet and stall. (2) One (1) sink per individual single room toilet or two (2) sinks for double room occupancy, one (1) sink in ADA compliant room that is a wheel chair accessible, hand wash sink. c. Support equipment shall include the following: (1) Heating and Air Conditioning of appropriate size to support square footage and insulation of trailer. (2) Winterization (Heat in each stall, service heat, waste tank heat, pipe insulation) (3) Delivery and set up of handicap ramp for trailer (if ramp is not part of trailer). d. Available water and power supplied by Government. (1) Government will connect standard garden hose (3/4in) water supply.
