The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to PaR Systems, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (b)(2) for the following service: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E), Repair, and Calibration of 76 CMXG PaR Robotic Defasteners at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Equipment List. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this PWS. Contractor shall assist and develop match drilling process for B1 Horizontal stabilizer on OC22715 & OC22716 Robotic Defastening machines. Work requirements include addressing: Normalizing matched hole sizing in the software Correcting the skew of the right hand system Dialing in fiducial requirements Updating calibration, and determining drilling configurations The Contractor shall provide the following: Test, Teardown, and Evaluation of the equipment listed in the Equipment List. Repair of the equipment listed within the Equipment List based on TT&E findings. Calibration of the equipment listed within the Equipment List. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated Estimated Period of Performance: 2 weeks System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
