Commodity Synopsis: The Air Force intends to solicit for the following commodity: The 76th CMXG requires a contract for the purchase and delivery of Cytec Frozen Material. The requirement details are specified below: Twelve (12) Rolls of Cycom 919/120 BMS8-169 Rev Type 120 (12 Roll per year requirement will be broken up into 6 rolls shipped every 6 months with the first shipment starting from the manufacturer required lead time). Each Roll shall be 38 inches wide x 100 yards long Eighteen (18) Rolls of Cycom 4102A BMS8-80 Type 7781 (18 Roll per year requirement will be broken up into 9 rolls shipped every 6 months with the first shipment starting from the manufacturer required lead time). Each Roll shall be 60 inches wide x 60 yards long All shipments must be packed with Dry Ice to ensure the product is kept at the proper temperature and must include the following monitors: Two (2) Data Logging Monitors per shipment One (1) 3M Monitor Mark 9860A Time Temperature Indicator (or equal) per shipment One (1) WarmMark 25°C/77°F Ascending Time-Temperature Indicator (or Equal) per shipment One (1) 0° to 80°F Irreversible Temperature Indicator Label per shipment. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (CofC) to BMS line item for every batch and provide report for every shipment. All shipments must include: product shelf life, & date of manufacture information (All products must have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB). All shipments must be delivered to Building 9001 Post C-5 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 2:00pm. These times exclude federal holidays. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Total Small Business Set-Aside. Estimated Period of Performance: 15 June 2021 to 14 Jun 2022.
