Test Stand Maintenance FA8125-21-Q-0042 AMXG requires to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary for the maintenance repair services for the Test Stand Maintenance in accordance with the Equipment List, Appendix C and Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the delivery, assembly and documentation for the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC), at Tinker Air Force Base, located in Building 3001. 1.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this Equipment List/PWS. 1.2 Requested Services: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary for the maintenance repair services for the Test Stand Maintenance in accordance with the Equipment List, Appendix C and Performance Work Statement to include, but not limited to the following: The contractor shall diagnose end item test failures and determine if the failure is the fault of the test station, tested item, or combination of both. If the test station is the fault, the Contractor shall isolate whether the problem is software, hardware, calibration, or combinations of all three. At the time of contract award, the Contractor shall be able to debug and work alone at the journeyman proficiency solving hardware/software problems. The Contractor shall be able to find errors in technical data, drawings, and software then report the findings to Government officials so corrections can be made. The Contractor shall make changes to test station documents and drawings using the following Operating Systems and Software Packages: a. VMS – Virtual Memory Operating System b. Ada – Pascal-derived programming language c. JPL – Jam Programming Language d. AutoCAD 2014 and later versions e. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word f. Adobe Document Writer The Contractor shall repair test station and provide guidance and assistance to Government maintenance and program employees as to corrective actions and solutions for software issues. This includes technical writing to correct and update locally-managed Government test stations to conform with USAF and OC-ALC configuration management regulations. The Contractor shall be required to make hardware, software, and test cable repairs; this may include making new electrical cables and test fixtures as requested by the Government. This includes providing accurate wiring and parts diagrams which can be used to update Air Force Technical Orders and locally-managed documents.
