The Air Force intends to solicit for the following service: The Contractor shall provide a one-time repair for the equipment listed within the Equipment List, based upon the findings of the health assessment, to return equipment to original operational specifications. The Contractor shall perform the below listed repair work, calibrate, and realign the equipment listed within the Equipment List. OC11144, Cincinnati 30V Level and square Pitch error compensate all axes Adjust slide way bearing gibs for wear Reinforce column brace crack OC16986, SNK RB200F Level and square Pitch error compensate all axes T/S z-axis ball screw and roller pack due to current fluctuations OC18908, SNK FSP80V Level and square Pitch error compensate all axes Replace y axis ball screw and ball nut OC18911, SNK CMV150T Level and square Pitch error compensate all axes Tune drives to eliminate scaling mismatch OC22299, Starrag Heckert STC1000/130 Level and square Pitch error compensate linear x axis and a/b rotary axes A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
