The government requests a one time purchase for the modifcation of one (1) model PTS-1 Pump Test stand that is used to test charge, scavenge,and generator scavenge gerotor pumps from the Constant Speed Drives (CSD) and Integrated Drive Generators (IDG). Modernization shall consist of electrical and control system upgrade, repair or replace mechanical systems, and functional testing. Contractor shall utilize new commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) parts including a new drive belt motor, A/C motor, and prime motor along with a variable frequency drive. The modified test stand shall meet all of the performance specifications listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) and the most current version of pump technical orders (T.O.s).
