No contract shall be awarded from this announcement. The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation notice required by FAR 5.2 - Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions in preparation for release of the Request for Proposal at a later date. No reimbursements shall be made for any costs associated with reviewing, providing material, or providing information in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests. Nothing shall be construed herein to commit or obligate the Government to further action as a result of this announcement. The Government intends to award a single Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR subpart 13.5. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to perform the incidentals necessary to service the aircraft latrines and urinals located in the 76 AMXG Hangar Areas located at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The Contractor shall also provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, to include reflective clothing (e.g. Belt, vest); hearing and eye protection, to include prescription safety glasses; safety harnesses; fall protection equipment; lifting equipment, and any incidentals necessary to perform the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Aircrafts are listed in Appendix A. The Contractor shall perform all SSMs IAW the appropriate Technical Order (TO), available upon request. The Contractor shall provide a Cleaning Form 002, (see Appendix D) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) after completing the cleaning of each aircraft latrine. In accordance with (IAW) historical practices, a drain coupling was used on certain aircraft to accomplish the aircraft latrine service. The drain coupling is a manufactured commercial item available through AIRLINK. The item’s identification is as follows:- P/N: V2651J133P10. The following item is required for cleaning the below listed aircraft’s latrines: MIL-C 43616 Cleaning Compound (or equivalent). PN A-A-50758A Deodorant Aircraft Lavatory Sanipac (or equivalent) Disinfectant. When freezing weather is anticipated the following items are required: MIL-A-8243 Propylene Glycol Based, and Sierra Anti-Freeze, 424 Type I Anti-Ice.
