This purchase would be divided up into multiple deliveries. In order to meet the Government's Qualified Products listing (QPL) the chemical paint stripper must be in accordance with one of the following brand names stated below. QPL a) B&B 9095N b) PS?3010 c) Cee?Bee E?3000M d) AS 5050 e) B&B 5095 f) Hybrid Strip In addition, the following capabilities must be able to be met. Product must arrive on location within 45 ARO and with a minimum manufacturer’s shelf life of 85%. Shipments will be of 250 to 350 gallon totes or 55 gallon drums (Orders will be placed in gallons to reflect size of tote or by 50 gallons of chemical per drum) of chemical paint remover. Each shipment must be shipped with a current Safety Data Sheet Additional Contract Qualifications First delivery of 6000 gallons must have at least 3000 gallons delivered within two weeks of Contract Award with the remainder following within two weeks. Shelf life on this initial order of 6000 gallons is waived to a minimum of five months remaining. Remaining 12000 gallons to be delivered in two equal shipments of 6000 gallons monthly with the start of delivery being 45 days after contract award.
