New Attachments ( Solicitation Modification -P00001, Clarifications Question/Answers, and Image of an Airbag Storage Crate) Item Description 17(Seventeen) Airbag Storage Crates. • The requested Airbag Storage Crates descriptions/specifications are outlined below. o Quantity: Seventeen (17). o Shall be fully enclosed and weather resistant. o Shall have an interior length no less than 99 inches and no more than 102 inches. o Shall have an interior width no less than 49 inches and no more than 52 inches. o Shall have an interior height no less than 28 inches and no more than 31 inches. o Shall be constructed of plywood of no less than 1/2 inches thick. o Shall have a gasketed, tongue-and-groove style hinged lid with no fewer than 2 latches on each side. o Shall have high impact plastic laminated to exterior surfaces of plywood. o Shall have all seams and joints sealed with silicone sealant or equivalent waterproof material. o Shall have the interior cavity fully lined with high-density foam no less than 1/2 inches thick. o Shall have no fewer than 3 hardwood skids no smaller than 3.5" x 3.5" affixed to the bottom. o Shall weigh less than 420 lbs. empty. o Shall have a payload capacity no less than 2000lb. o Shall be stackable such that a fully loaded crate may be supported by another fully loaded crate.
