F119 SPaRE Engine Sustainment Program for F-22 Raptor
This is a market research request for future F119 engine sustainment work starting January 2028, as a follow-on to the current $6.5B SPaRE 2 contract. The required services include comprehensive fleet management, maintenance, and logistics support for 473 engines. Performance is required at multiple U.S. Air Force bases, primarily Nellis AFB, NV; Langley AFB, VA; Elmendorf AFB, AK; and Hickam AFB, HI, with additional support at several other locations. Respondents must detail their capability and access to required F119 engine data rights and specify their business size classification. Security clearances up to the Secret level and the ability to handle classified material will be required.
