Additionally, CLINs for Transportation and Travel (X009, X010, X018, and X019) are in reference to the PWS process for pricing. All other CLINs are labeled "To Be Negotiated (TBN)". An updated PWS dated 15 March 2021 has been attached with any changes highlighted in the document. For the F139 Engine, Engineering Sustainment Support, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Sole Source ten-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to include a five-year Basic period, with two options.
