The requirement will be re-posted as Full & Open Competition. ** This is an amendment to the solicitation to incorporate the FINAL Questions and Answers, and to extend the closing date. Please see attached amendment with the revised closing date. Please ensure the Government receives your proposal and all signed amendments prior to the closing date along with all supporting documentation. No late quotes can be accepted. This requirement is for the manufacture of the F108 Engine Fan Booster Container's which applies to NSN 8145-01-204-0865 and (PN) 856A3338G02. The Government plans to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Fixed Quantity Type Contract. The proposed contract is anticipated to be COMMERCIAL TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(b). The F108 Fan Booster Containers must be manufactured IAW current technical drawings.The Air Force intends to solicit a 100% Small Business Set Aside contract for the acquisition of 6 F108 Engine Fan Booster Containers, this quantity is tentative The contract will require a first article test prior to full production. This Contract will include Export Controlled Items. Technical drawings will be posted with the solicitation and will be controlled. Offeror must ensure the Government has recieved a signed NDA and DD form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement for access to the drawings.
