Honeywell International (CAGE 70210) is contemplated to receive a firm-fixed-price contract for 18 turbine supports (NSN 1660-00-286-2643). The procurement will use other than full and open competition under International Agreement Competitive Restrictions for a non-recurring, fixed-quantity FFP contract. The requirement is funded by FMS case/LOA IS-D-REG/001. Estimated award date is 9 November 2026. The Air Force considers Honeywell the only capable source because award to any other source would cause unacceptable delays in fulfilling FMS requirements.
