The United States Air Force through Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Tinker AFB 73145 is contemplating the Remanufacture of the F-16 Hydraulic Drive Unit. A firm fixed price 5-year requirements type contract is contemplated. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per Purchase Request FD20302200622 as follows: Written response is required. CLIN 0001: Remanufacture of F-16 Hydraulic Drive Unit, One Three-Year Basic; Input NSN: 1650-01-261-8078 P/N 2048666-1-1 and 1650-01-308-0839 P/N 2048666-2-1, Output NSN: 1605-01-308-0839 P/N 2048666-2-1; Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): 25 each. CLIN 0002: Over and Above, To Be Negotiated (TBN) CLIN 0003: Data and Reports; Not separately priced (NSP) CLIN 1001: Remanufacture of F-16 Hydraulic Drive Unit, One 2-Year Option Period; Input NSN: 1650-01-261-8078 P/N 2048666-1-1 and 1650-01-308-0839 P/N 2048666-2-1, Output NSN: 1605-01-308-0839 P/N 2048666-2-1; BEQ: 10 each. CLIN 1002: Over and Above, TBN CLIN 1003: Data and Reports, NSP Function: Hydro-Mechanical Actuator that converts hydraulic pressure into mechanical force. Dimensions: 8.78” h x 9,362.00” w x 20.12” l and weighs 76.52 lbs. Material: Steel, Aluminum. Delivery: Deliver 1 unit(s) 2 each per month, beginning 30 days after receipt of order/reparable units (ARO/REPS). Early delivery is acceptable. Ship To: Shipping instructions will be provided by the Production Management Specialist (PMS) prior to any shipments of serviceable assets. Duration of Contract Period: 5 Years total with One Three-Year Basic and 1 Two-Year Option. Qualification Requirements: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS APPLY. For qualification information/source approval requests contact the Source Development Office, OC-ALC/SB (405) 739-7243. Award will be based on meeting our requirements and cannot be delayed pending qualification of additional sources. Part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from approve sources. Current approved sources include: MOOG Inc. CAGE CODE: 0ZWK8 In order to receive any technical data related to this acquisition, offerors must send an email request to M.
