NSN Quantity Price Quotation (EA) Total Price 1680?ND?01?2049HAW 1 If the specific quantity reflected in the solicitation do not provide the best pricing option for your company business model, contractors have the option of identifying, within FAR 52.207?4, those suggested quantity ranges for information/planning purposes only that yield prices economically advantageous to the Government. The Quantity of this solicitation may be re?evaluated upon receipt of the contractor's proposal. Offerors must clearly identify all proposed deviations from the solicitation requirements and/or exceptions to the terms and conditions. Offerors must also provide complete rationale for all proposed deviations and/or exceptions. See section L. Interested vendors that have not been previously qualified for this acquisition must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to the Source Development, Small Business Office at 405?739?7243. As prescribed in FAR 9.202(e), the contracting officer need not delay a proposed award in order to provide a potential offeror with an opportunity to demonstrate its ability to meet the standards specified for qualification. Copies of Tech Order Manuals may be requested. It is the contractor’s responsibility to provide a fully executed copy of the DD Form 2345 with all requests for Tech Orders.
