THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED Remanufacture of the F-16 HYDRAULIC MOTOR PUMP, NSN: 1650-01-302-3404. (a) The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the overhaul to return the end item to a serviceable condition in accordance with the solicitation requirements and all attachments. in Section J hereof. (b) IAW the STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW); Item 2.2.1: Basic repair requirements. The end item shall be functionally tested to determine the failure mode causing the unserviceable condition, disassembled to the point necessary to correct the deficiency, cleaned, components inspected, assembled, and tested according to the applicable technical documents. Performance objectives, are specified in SECTION 5. (TABLE 5-1, OF SOW). The pricing for these items shall be included in the repair cost. (c) A Pre-Award Survey and IPE may be required for each CLIN. Details are provided STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW). The Pre-Award Survey and/or IPE may be waived at the Government’s discretion. THIS SOLICITATION CONTEMPLATES AN AWARD OF A 5-YEAR REQUIREMENTS TYPE CONTRACT. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS ONE BASIC YEAR AND FOUR ONE-YEAR OPTION PERIODS.
