A FIRM FIXED PRICE, FIXED QUANTITY NEW MANUFACTURE TYPE CONTRACT IS CONTEMPLATED. GOVERNMENT SURPLUS IN NEW/UNUSED CONDITION WILL BE CONSIDERED. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. NEW/UNUSED PARTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED FOR PROCUREMENT ONLY IF THEY MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Parts are new, unused and shall not have any corrosion or show any physical damage. 2. Part number 3831349-13 (NSN: 5330-00-393-5144 HS) shall be in the original unopened package labeled with original contract number. 3. Part number (3831349-13) and approved original manufacturer (93835/82106) verification. The original manufacture must be a Government approved source. NOTICE REGARDING RANGE QUANTITY: The current Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 9 EACH. However, the final quantity may change. Therefore, offeror(s) are required to propose prices for the following specific quantity ranges: ITEM QUANTITY PRICE QUOTATION (EACH) TOTAL 5330-00-393-5144HS 1 EACH to 5 EACH 5330-00-393-5144HS 6 EACH to 10 EACH 5330-00-393-5144HS 11 EACH to 15 EACH The quantity ranges for the acquisition is a minimum of 3 EACH and a maximum of 15 EACH. If the specific quantity ranges reflected in the solicitation do not provide the best pricing option for your company business model, contractors have the option of identifying, within FAR 52.207-4, those suggested quantity ranges for information/planning purposes only that yield prices economically adventageous to the Government. The quantity of this solicitation will be re-evaluated upon receipt of the contractor's proposal.
