This is a 3-year firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the remanufacture of end items to like-new condition, including all packing and preservation. The contractor must furnish all materials, labor, and expertise, with all costs included in the unit price except for missing components, which the government will pay for separately after approval. Performance is located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and qualification requirements apply, requiring interested vendors to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The ordering period extends five years from the contract effective date, with minimum and maximum quantities specified per line item, such as 1 to 16 each for the main NSN. Funds are not currently available, and the government’s obligation is contingent upon future appropriation, with no authorization to begin performance until a signed contract is received.
