AS A RESULT, THE RESPONSE/CLOSING DATE IS EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 8, 2020, 3:00 PM, CST. PLEASE NOTE: TO ENSURE ACCURATE REVIEW OF AMENDED SOLICITATION, ESPECIALLY ALL FAR/DFARS CLAUSES IN ALL SECTIONS. ----- THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED Remanufacture of the KC-135 FLUTTER DAMPENER, NSN: 1650-00-898-3516 . (a) The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the overhaul to return the end item to a serviceable condition in accordance with the solicitation requirements and all attachments. in Section J hereof. (b) IAW the STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW); Item 2.2.1: Basic repair requirements. The end item shall be functionally tested to determine the failure mode causing the unserviceable condition, disassembled to the point necessary to correct the deficiency, cleaned, components inspected, assembled, and tested according to the applicable technical documents. Performance objectives, are specified in SECTION 5. (TABLE 5-1, OF SOW). The pricing for these items shall be included in the repair cost. REMAINDER OF SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED
