The contractor will supply all labor, materials, parts, facilities, and equipment to disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, test, align, adjust, calibrate, move, store, and report status on assets, assemblies, or parts covered by the contract, returning them to users. Repairs must restore the serviceable end item to the Government with the same form, fit, function, and testability, including approved and funded updates to the latest hardware/software configuration. The extent of repair is determined by inspection, testing, bench checks, and required disassembly, and repaired items must pass all OEM specifications verified by special Test Equipment final acceptance testing. Any component parts that fail inspection or have questionable serviceability or longevity must be replaced at the contractor’s expense. This replacement obligation includes parts requiring replacement due to catastrophic failure, fatigue failure, or normal deterioration.
