The Air Force intends to award a Sole Source contract to Ametek Aircraft Parts & Accessories Inc. Cage Code of 8ATJ5, pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and 10 USC2304(d)(1)(i)(ii), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Contract will be for the repair of B-1 Rate of Flow Transmitters. The current acquisition strategy is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract with a basic year and Six 1-year options. Anticiapated award will be a Requirements contract. The contemplated period of performance is Dec 28 2025 thru Dec 27 2032. The estimated date of award is 30 Sep 2025. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
