Modification will be issued on a sole source basis, using the authority at FAR 6.302-1 Only One Repsonsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Addition of these parts to the Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) enables the continued repair of critical aviation part NSN 5895-01-552-4381, F-15C/D Flight Control Indicator (FPCI). NOUN NSN P/N QTY Display 5998-01-648-4460 70M0000051-001 65 Front Panel 6610-01-648-4445 70M0000054-001 105 Resultant action will be a modification to the IDV, adding these P/N/NSNs as unfunded CLINs to the corporate contract within which the CLIN for repair of the next-higher assembly resides. Estimated date of action is 21 Apr 23. Ordering periods will be from date of modification to 22 Mar 24 and 23 Mar 24 - 22 Mar 26 (contract expiration). BAE (CAGE 99789) is the manufacturer of these parts and the only known responsible and qualified source. Repairs have Qualification Requirements (QRs) and any prospective source will need to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) IAW RQR848. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, pending outcome of SAR.
