The Government intends to issue a competitive one (1) year base with six (6)-one year options requirements solicitation on or about 20 March 2020 with a close date of 20 April 2020 for the Repair of the KC-135 Rate of Flow Transmitter. Upon issuance of the solicitation, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent does not in itself represent the issuing of a formal request for proposal and is not intended to be taken as such. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per PR FD2030-20-00498 as follows: 1) This is an overhaul requirement; Overhaul is the refurbishment of an item or assembly which includes but is not limited to: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, modification and replacement of parts. This also includes reassemble and test of the end item and its components in accordance with applicable TOs and directives.
