This effort was previously synopsized on FBO as "FA811719R0032," before migration to beta.sam.gov. To overcome the delays that the migration caused, and due to the sole-sourced nature of this effort, it was deemed acceptable to send the solicitation and its attachments to the Ktr prior to posting on beta.sam.gov. An amendment has also been made to extend the deadline, attached herein. Amendment 0002 has been made to add Commercial clauses, provision 52.204-24 and Telecommunications Clause 52.204-25, and Warranty of Services clause.
