Offerors must be registered on the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources, in accordance with the Qualification Requirements clause. Note that the Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit the SAR as soon as possible.
