This is a proposed acquisition for a three-year (one base year and two one-year option periods) Geospatial Support Services contract at Tinker AFB, OK. This will be a task order placed on one of the Air Force Geospatial Support Services Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts (FA4452-19-D-A00X). This is a competitive fair opportunity selection conducted in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(1). Orders placed under FAR 16.505 IDIQ contracts are not source selections and are not subject to FAR 15.3 procedures. Accordingly, issuance of an order under this Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR), should an award be made, shall follow the IDIQ ordering guide as well as the ordering procedures outlined in FAR 16.505, as supplemented. Proposals are due NLT September 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM CDT. Proposals will only be accepted from vendors holding an Air Force Geospatial Support IDIQ contract.
