This solicitation will be for an 8(a) source directed acquisition under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, as supplemented.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330, with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. The duration of this effort will include a one year basic with four 1-year options with a six month extension option. This requirement is to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for Item Management Purchase Request/Purchase Instrument (PR/PI) business process support using a dedicated Contractor Support Team (CST). This requirement is in support of the 848 Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG) logistical and technical support services, inclusive to the 848 SCMG Item Management PR/PI business processes. In addition, it will provide assistance to the Item Manager/Material Manager (IM/MM) and Production Management Specialist (PMS) in the development and processing of complete PR/PI packages in the Purchase Request Processing System (PRPS).
