This is a draft solicitation for which no proposals are currently being accepted. The government will accept written questions from industry via email until the close of business on April 30, 2026. It intends to host an industry day and will update the statement of work with additional drawings at a later date. Access to the controlled technical data for this acquisition requires a validated DD Form 2345, company registration with the Joint Certification Program, and a subsequent access request on SAM.gov. The government notes that processing such access requests will take approximately five business days.
