This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research, not a request for proposal, seeking contractors for future B-52H engineering services referenced as starting 01 January 2028, with this notice specifically addressing requirements starting 01 January 2029. The effort covers engineering design, engineering support, and technical support services to sustain 76 B-52H aircraft, including recurring program management, ASIP, configuration/data management, SIL, flight test, PDM repair development, FSR, and non-recurring engineering support such as PWS/SOW, EAP, ICS, DMS, EVM, and ILS. Performance locations include Tinker AFB, OK; Edwards AFB, CA; Minot AFB, ND; Barksdale AFB, LA; and Boeing’s Oklahoma City, OK facility. The original estimated minimum/maximum amount for the B-52H sustainment contracts was $1.15B over ten years (2019–2028) for engineering services. Respondents must demonstrate capability, relevant experience, B-52H rights access or ability to obtain rights from Boeing, teaming/subcontracting arrangements, and socioeconomic/NAICS 541330 status; security up to Secret and possible special access information is anticipated.
