This retirement, which began in Fiscal Year (FY) 2023, is anticipated to continue through this follow-on effort. While pre-decisional, AETCs divestment plan is the projected fleet size will be 51 aircraft by the end of FY2025, with full divestment planned by the end of FY2026.** The purpose of this acquisition is to procure Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) services for the T-1A Trainer Aircraft fleet of approximately 0 to 78 aircraft that are currently assigned to five (5) Main Operating Bases (MOB(s)): Columbus AFB MS, Vance AFB OK, Pensacola NAS FL, Randolph AFB TX, and Laughlin AFB TX. In addition, the Government reserves the right to add/decrease aircraft and MOBs over the life of the contract. The scope of this effort includes Program Management; Field Service Representative (FSR) Program services; and COMBS support, which includes supply of aircraft engine and landing gear off-aircraft repair, inspection, overhaul and replenishment, support equipment (SE) components, material, and consumables. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) services for the T-1A Trainer Aircraft fleet of 0 to 78 aircraft that are currently assigned to three (3) Main Operating Bases (MOBs): Columbus AFB MS, Vance AFB OK and Pensacola NAS FL. In addition, the Government reserves the right to increase/decrease aircraft and MOBs over the life of the contract. The scope of this effort includes Program Management; Field Service Representative (FSR) Program services; and COMBS support, which includes supply of aircraft engine and landing gear off-aircraft repair, inspection, overhaul and replenishment, support equipment (SE) components, material and consumables.
