This opportunity is for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the E-4B National Airborne Operations Center fleet, which consists of four specialized Boeing 747-200 aircraft. The work includes Program Management, Aircraft Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Field Service Representatives, and Engine Maintenance and Overhauls. The primary location for performance is San Antonio, TX, but the contractor must support potential changes in location, quantity, or services. The contractor will be required to negotiate with the Government to determine the impact of any such changes in coverage or location. The E-4B's mission is to provide a survivable command, control, and communications center for national leadership.
