This sole source urgent requiement is for the completion of an aircraft Physical Configuration Re-baseline (PCR) of the two USAF E-9A Widget aircraft used for range support and clearing operations. The purpose of the PCR is to document and re-baseline the aircraft configurations for aircraft 047 and 048. Outputs are list of all parts on the aircraft and include the serial numbers for serially tracked items with next inspection/replacement due date.
