Access to controlled documents is handled through SAM.gov, requiring an assigned SAM.gov role and inclusion of the company cage code in the access request. An active DD2345 must be on file via the JCP website before controlled-document access is granted; if it is missing or inactive, it must be updated and active first. Government personnel cannot assist with SAM.gov access issues, and vendors unable to view controlled documents should contact SAM.gov.
