OCONUS Aircraft Wash and Lubrication Services
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is conducting market research for secure, environmentally compliant turnkey aircraft wash and post-wash lubrication services to support DoW mobility, tanker, and cargo airframes, including KC-135 and KC-46, in the CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and EUCOM areas of responsibility. Phase 1 focuses on establishing initial capabilities at Contractor-Provided, Contractor-Operated facilities within a 1,000-nautical-mile radius of Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, Jordan. Core requirements include scalable wash services, rapid response induction, full provision of personnel, ground-handling equipment, MIL-SPEC solvents, strict security protocols, and host-nation environmental compliance.
