The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) requirements to service AN/MSN-7 Communication Central System. AN/MSN-7 Communication Central System, also known as the Tower Restoral Vehicle (TRV), is a deployable air traffic control tower used for control of aircraft during taxi, takeoff and landing on and around airfield. The primary mission is to provide rapidly deployable air traffic control tower services for USAF deployment operations, such as bare bases and alternate off-base landing areas. The secondary mission is to provide temporary replacement of existing air traffic control tower facilities while they are being repaired or refurbished. The government is the holder of all Technical Data of AN/MSN-7.
