This DRAFT RFP is for a firm-fixed price commercial IDIQ service contract that is 100% set-aside for small business. The base ordering period for this potential contract is 4 years followed by three one-year options. The anticipated CLIN structure is as follows: 0 = Base 1 = Option I 2 = Option II 3 = Option III Notice to Offers: This DRAFT RFP is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under a formal RFP until funds are available. This notice does not in itself represent the issuance of an RFP and is not to be taken as such. All of the documents attached to this DRAFT RFP are draft documents and may be revised by the Government at its discretion. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supplies or services. The Government reserves the right to cancel this DRAFT RFP, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the DRAFT RFP, responders are solely responsible for all expenses and the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
