The anticipated award will be a Basic "D" type contract for a period of six years (a five year basic contract plus one year extension period). No funds will be obligated to the Basic contract. Requirements described in the Contract Line Item Structure (CLIN)(s) will be funded through individual Task Orders. The target award date is on or before 09 February 2022. Sub-contracting opportunities may be available through the sole source vendor. The contractor shall provide engineering and technical services to the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Division and to the International Branch at Tinker Air Force Base. The overall scope of the engineering services shall include air vehicle, avionics, software, aerospace ground equipment, and associated training equipment. Engineering tasks shall include recurring and non-recurring engineering services, response to technical inquiries, emergency responses, drawing and technical order modifications, programmed depot maintenance support, engineering proposal review, boresight alignment, Aircraft Modernization and Integration Program (AMIP) support, The contractor will also provide status updates and track government furnished property as needed. The contractor shall develop quality control procedures and comply with all contract clauses for reporting and documentation.
