Crisis Action Team (CAT) Audio/Visual (A/V) and Security Surveillance System Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Training, and Service Agreement
This is a sources sought notice for market research and planning only, not an RFQ or a promise to issue a solicitation, and the government will not pay for responses. The requirement is a 1-year comprehensive service, maintenance, and training agreement for the 72 ABW Crisis Action Team Audio/Visual and Video Surveillance Systems. The government anticipates that Pavion (formerly CTSI) may be the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement due to proprietary software and custom integration. The scope includes preventative maintenance, firmware updates, minor repairs, system calibration, annual parts and labor coverage, user training, help-desk support, and emergency and non-emergency on-call support. Interested contractors are invited to submit a capability statement covering business size, CAGE code, technical certifications, and relevant past performance.
