The following market research addresses the objective to determine the commercial availability for leasing and maintaining washers and dryers in unaccompanied housing (UH) and temporary lodging facilities located on Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The requirement is for the contractor to lease and maintain 89 single washers, 81 single dryers, and 10 stackable dryers in a manner which will ensure their serviceability and prevents deterioration in value of effectiveness. The contractor shall lease a total of 180 units at Tinker AFB, OK 73145.
