his contract provides personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles (including but not limited to warehouse swing-reaches, cherry-pickers, or forklifts), materials, supervision, and other items and services n... his contract provides personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles (including but not limited to warehouse swing-reaches, cherry-pickers, or forklifts), materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Base Supply Operating Support, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) and services specified in the most current PWS at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and includes tenant units, Air Force Detachments, Satellites, and other off-base activities. Due to significant delays in developing the follow-on contract it is expected that a lapse in services will occur without a contract action to bridge the current contract with the future award. Efforts to contract other responsible and capable contractors are underway via the source selection, however, the projected timeline indicates award will likely not occur in time to avoid gaps in service. The incumbent is the only company currently in a position to provide immediate coverage while government efforts to develop the follow on contract continue.
