This combined synopsis solicitation is for Aircraft Fire Training Facility Upgrade. AFI 32-2001 and DoDI 6055 mandates that fire and emergency services personnel receive aircraft life fire training each year. The current Aircraft Fire Training Facility is over 25 years old. Many components of the system are unusable and the entire system is outdated. Please reference the attached Performance Work Statment (PWS) and SF1449 for further details. Amendment 1: Added Revised PWS, and Extended due to date to 22 September 2020 6:00 PM Central Standard Time.
