This proposed action is for the procurement of a Service Agreement to support the two Steris V120 Steam Sterilizer and two Genfore Washers in accordance with the attached PWS in support of the 72d Medical Group Dental Laboratory for Tinker AFB, OK. In order to ensure all dental treatment utensils are sterilized before use. Preventative maintenance must be performed on an annual basis to fulfill The Joint Commission and Manufacture Standards. Additionally, on-demand and telephone support may be required between the scheduled annual maintenance.
