This request is for approval to issue a modification without providing for fair opportunity to extend existing task order, FA8075-14-D-0025-0004 (DT-15-1178), which expires on 8 May 2019. The modification will add new Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) providing for a 6-month extension, with an additional three 1-month options, on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) basis. Minimal travel will be established on a Cost Reimbursable (CR) basis pursuant to the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).
