The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) is also requesting test samples of Non-Fire Resistant Combat Shirts to determine the capabilities of manufacturers to produce and/or fulfill a requirement for Non-Fire Resistant Combat Shirts. This is an Air Force wide strategic sourcing initiative to supply Security Forces members throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States.
