DAF Libraries requires a Juvenile Book Soundscape App that delivers interactive music, sound effects, and character voices that are perfectly tuned to respond as a book is read aloud from a library book. As a book is read, the APP will give youth a more immersive experience so they’ll be on the edge of their seats with their focus on the story. And it offers story effects for the books libraries already use. DAF Libraries is looking for an established App in the library and commercial marketplace. DAFL Libraries does not want a custom made app, we are looking for an existing app for public use. This App will be used by librarians for programming and for parents reading to young children at home. Product characteristics an equal item must meet to be considered: Must be able to provide unlimited access to DAF library staff juvenile book soundscapes app for 65 DAF Libraries Must be able to provide unlimited access to DAF Library customers of juvenile book soundscapes app Must provide unlimited use of all juvenile book soundscapes when a book is borrowed from the library or books owned by users at home Must enable provide In-library signage and digital assets to promote additional value for library customers Must provide soundscapes for books for PreK through 5th grads Must deliver interactive music, sound effects, and character voices that are perfectly tuned to respond as a book is read aloud from a library book Must provide an app that follows along using voice recognition and adds story effects as the book is read aloud from existing library books. Must provide access to usage statistics and reports, and marketing and promotional materials Must be an existing App in the marketplace available for download. DAF Libraries is not looking for a custom made App. Must work with contract POC to establish authentication methods to provide optimal accessibility for all eligible patrons. Security between the Website and server must be Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 Must have HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long duration deployed on the servers to mitigate/prevent man-in-the-middle attacks Website certificates should be RSA 2048-bits (SHA256withRSA) VCL must be able to test the App to evaluate if it meets requirements. Must provide username and password.
