The objective of this Ambulatory Accreditation requirement is to acquire non-performance-based and non-personal services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement provides Accreditation and Primary Care/Patient Centered Medical Home Certification for the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA); 96 on-site surveys at 60 Air Force (AF) Ambulatory Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). Additionally, this requirement procures re-surveys (as needed), handbooks, and education and training.
