OVERVIEW: The 773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (773 ESS) is seeking feedback and insights from qualified vendors to enhance our understanding of industry capabilities and potential solutions for upcoming requirements. This Request for Information (RFI) serves to gather capability statements and insights from interested parties. 773 ESS is currently in the planning phase for an upcoming acquisition initiative. To ensure that our requirements are accurately represented and to enhance competition, we are soliciting feedback from industry experts. Background: The Department of the Air Force (DAF) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) is a medical program that enhances DAF readiness by promoting family and community health and resilience. DAF FAP also advocates for nonviolent communities. These objectives are accomplished through the use of broad-based education and awareness activities along with the identification and treatment of family maltreatment incidents prevention services for families at risk of violence, and victim assistance services. Purpose: The primary objective of this RFI is to request capability statements from interested vendors. Additionally, we seek your valuable input and analysis on two key documents: the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Sample FAP III Regional Break Out. Your feedback will help us refine our requirements and procurement strategy. Submission Guidelines: Please see response directions in Attached RFI- Capabilities Statement FAP CONUS III, Attachment 1 PWS 6 NOv 2023 (DRAFT PDF), and Attachment 2 Sample- FAP III Regional Break Out.
