The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requirements as defined in the SOW, including any applicable permits, should they be required. The Contractor's staff shall be fully qualified, professional, and customer service oriented. The Contractor shall ensure quality work performance in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines. Additionally, the Contractor is expected to be a partner with the larger AFMEDCOM Planning Team, continuously improving the quality of programs and service offered to customers. The relocation is due to the creation of a new AFMED Command. To accomplish this directive, no more than 225 staff will be relocated.
