The Government has a requirement to provide L3Harris Communications Support (HCS) Services in support of the Air Force Security Forces Center's (AFSFC) Unit Type Codes (UTCs). The primary objective is to provide, sustain, and maintain Security Forces (SF) capabilities and integration, accomplishing the SF expeditionary mission by effectively and efficiently maintaining SF communications networks and equipment. The contract Period of Performance includes a Base Year from 30 September 2024 - 29 September 2025 with two (2) subsequent 12-month option periods, extending through 29 September 2027. Scope of Work The contractor shall deliver comprehensive capability packages to sustain and enhance SF warfighters' ability to conduct expeditionary base defense missions in support of Combatant Commands worldwide. This performance-based requirement includes providing one (1) Field Service Representative (FSR) stationed at the Desert Defender Ground Combat Readiness Training Center (DDGCRTC), Fort Bliss, Texas, with potential travel to other CONUS and OCONUS locations as determined by AFSFC/S4. Key Tasks: 1. Depot-Level Support and Maintenance for L3Harris communications equipment 2. Field Service Representative Support 3. Comprehensive Maintenance and Operational Support 4. Communications Employment, Satellite, and Network Operations 5. Deployment and Travel Support 6. Training and Knowledge Transfer 7. Maintaining Operational Readiness The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, diagnostic equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, maintenance, and repair of communications equipment and systems.
