The requirement is for ongoing preventive and repair maintenance programs that are essential to systems to perform and operate (as designed). The requirement may include a modification(s) to the existing system(s) and any applicable software may be required when equipment becomes outdated or obsolete. The requirement includes maintenance of the integrated security system, encompassing the alarm system, access control system, and surveillance system to meet security standards. The requirement needs annual security alarm maintenance and upgrade services. Maintenance services include quarterly inspections, software updates, hardware checks, and troubleshooting the alarm, access control, and surveillance system components. The requirement includes maintenance and service of any component upgrades, installation of new requirements and modifications of existing infrastructure.

Acquisition description: Electronic access to the National Fire Protection Safety Codes and Standards, (NFCSS) for enterprise-wide access to this multi-user subscription. 2.0 Background The 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519290 – Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7630 – Newspapers and Periodicals 3.0 Requested Information Vendors responding shall specify that their services meet the specifications provided and provide detailed company information to show clear technical capability. Please provide the following information: • Company Name, Address, UEI and CAGE Code • Identification of business size and whether currently designated as a small business and the appropriate categories (small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business, HUB zone, minority-owned, etc.) • Capabilities Statement Must be able to provide single access point for geopolitical intelligence and analysis for previous, current and future world events Must provide information about individual regions, issues and industries with area of topic specializations. Must provide webcasts, newsletters, daily email updates, situation reports, podcasts, forums, etc Must provide snapshot analysis reports that are downloadable Must use human intelligence to provide unique insights for political, economic and military developments Must be able to identify, anticipate, measure, and mitigate risks that emerging threat Must be able to provide analysts that on business, country, and sector assessments that evaluate political, economic, and security risk factors Must provide a repository of at least 25 years of historical data Must be able to interface through the Air Force Portal This access will accommodate unlimited access with a flat fee for contract period Must work with contract POC to establish authentication methods to provide optimal accessibility for all eligible patrons. Security between the Website and server must be Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 Must be able to supply or allow retrieval of database usage statistics Must have HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long duration deployed on the servers to mitigate/prevent man-in-the-middle attacks Website certificates should be RSA 2048-bits (SHA256withRSA) 4.0 Responses All responses must be received no later than 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on 29 September 2023.
